Lucas Group has partnered with our client, the US’s largest consumer of cotton and one of the largest providers of spun yarns in the world, on their search for an Assistant Plant Manager in Sanford NC.
What You Will Do:
The Assistant Plant Manager will work with the Plant Manager to oversee all production activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment repairs, and equipment installations to ensure the maximum uptime on all equipment. Manage all daily functions associated with the production, building, and grounds. Direct all shift supervisors, leads, and mechanics to work as a team to support all manufacturing departments. Monitor plant progress and determine training needs to ensure a well-trained workforce that can provide the quickest response time for improved efficiency and quality.
