We have partnered with our client in their search for an Assistant Director of Project Management and Planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Assembly Project Review Committee process, including launching applications, maintaining the online review portal, scheduling meetings, and implementing project metrics with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Access.
- Supervise Assembly Planning Committee activities, such as 2-year planning, award review, and project proposal evaluations, while supporting onsite logistics during annual conferences.
- Manage operations for Assembly Sections, encompassing voting, communication, event planning, and creating marketing materials like newsletters and brochures, using Microsoft Word and design software.
Skills Required
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict deadlines independently.
- Minimum of five years’ management experience, with proven ability to oversee complex medical society operations using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and manage relational databases.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ yrs of professional experience
