This position will be responsible for preparing monthly financials, forecasting results, budgeting cash flow and ensure costs are properly allocated to the company or investment funds.

Job Responsibilities:
Daily Basis
- Liaise with other departments / service providers (including corporate services providers, fund administrator, investor services, tax advisors) to obtain information as required
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained for all expenditures before any payments are made
- Review all invoices and expense reimbursements made by the company
- Ensure complete collection of all legal contracts entered into by the company
- Thoroughly review of all contracts to ensure that proper accounting is done
Monthly Basis:
- Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management, including the analysis of expenditures and revenue fluctuations
- Analyze costs incurred to ensure that costs are properly allocated to the company or allocate to another affiliate or investment funds
- Analyze services performed by the US company and adhere to transfer pricing policies, including the preparing of invoices for services rendered for affiliates
- Review of the fund results as prepared by the fund administrators. Determine the impact on the financial operations of the company
- Keep track of the revenue and expenses by state-by-state basis as the company would need to file income tax returns for 6 different US states
Annual Basis:
- Prepare annual financial statements on an US GAAP basis
- Prepare annual audit working papers
- Be responsible for the completion of the Financial Statement audits
- Prepare tax reporting schedules for external accounting firm to complete tax returns
- Assist in tax reporting schedules for external accounting firm to complete US tax returns for Federal and various states tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of the US Foreign Bank Account Reporting, if required
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA highly preferred
- 3+ years of GL experience or public accounting (audit)
- Sound understanding of fundamental financial principles, US GAAP and IFRS
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English).
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
- Possess ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
