This position will provide guidance and oversight throughout the development of the reliability strategy to maintain and criticality assessment of the equipment and will also ensure proper development and use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by other colleagues in the plant.
These positions could be located in various regions and states including Texas, Iowa, Kansas and Pacific, Northeast, Northern, and Southeast regions.
Essential Job Functions
- Facilitates cross functional team to complete criticality assessments at locations within their region.
- Utilizes Strategy to Maintain to develop standardized PM’s for location assets
- Provide and help support CMMS operation in their respective region such as- training, updates, changes and reporting.
- Tracks and charts work orders, KPI’s, equipment costs and research for the Maintenance departments.
- Maintains CMMS records and updates PM’s, PdM’s, charts, query’s and KPI’s.
- Updates and governs asset hierarchy for locations.
- Assists and provides guidance to ensure bill of materials for assets in the hierarchy.
- Provides oversight and monitoring of warehouse status, function and procedures. To ensure MRO parts availability.
Job Requirements
- 5-15 years in industrial maintenance, experience in planning is a plus.
- Formal training on word processing programs, including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel (required).
- High school diploma or equivalence.
- Proven ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Ability to produce professional and accurate work in a timely manner.
- Ability to interact with a variety of subject areas in a team environment.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines daily.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust deadlines and priorities with little or no notice.
- Willingness to assume and learn new responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- CMMS(Maximo, SAP, JD Edwards) experience required
