Our client is a Fortune 500 global leader in food processing and commodity trading with over 200+ plants globally. We are partnering with them on multiple Asset Manager openings nationwide (GA, IL, IA, LA, KS, TX, WA).
The Asset Managers will be involved with the development of the reliability strategy and equipment assessment in addition to frequent interactions with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Asset Manager Responsibilities
- Complete criticality assessments for locations within their region.
- Maintain records within the CMMS. Update PM’s, PdM’s, charts, and metrics.
- Update and oversee the asset hierarchy for sites within their region.
- Track work orders, equipment costs, and KPI’s for the Maintenance & Reliability departments.
- Provide training and support on CMMS best practices. Create reporting as needed.
Asset Manager Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, or Skilled Trades is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of Maximo, SAP, or JD Edwards is highly beneficial.
