Assemble dust collectors and lead installation team throughout all 50 states of the United States as well as border countries of Mexico and Canada. The Assembler / Lead Installer will, on occasion lead a team that at times may include other employees and or contractors in the assembly of dust collectors and associated components out in the field. Will use engineering drawings for identification and location of components. Ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Will use your hands and both power and hand tools to do the job with an emphasis on quality.
Responsibilities:
• Process orders received from Assembly Foreman and completes mechanical, electrical and plumbing assemblies of parts or whole units.
• Assure order meets specification from a final assembly perspective.
• Coordinates with foreman and Production Manager and others to develop an installation order including gathering necessary parts and supplies.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Must be familiar with all safety procedures as determined by OSHA, National Electrical and Building codes.
• Supplies and maintains their own hand and power tools. Some specialty tools supplied by employer.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Document all hours worked on assigned units and record on weekly time sheets.. Prepare and submit Expense Authorizations when traveling and for vehicle.
• Ability to read measurements such as cfm and voltage, record readings and determine if adjustments are required to meet specification.
• Responsible for placement of all documentation. Documentation includes any modifications and missing parts.

Travel: A few trips a month, each a few days in duration. Approximately 20%.
