We are looking for a successful Construction Superintendent to join our team to successfully complete our construction projects on time and within budget while providing high quality workmanship.
Some responsibilities:
Lead construction projects between $20M to $70M in scope
Manage site safety program and ensure compliance
Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to define project requirements and oversee staff performance
Prepare and maintain the master schedule for the project.
Ensure meeting schedule goals and manage changes and scope of work
Work with Project Manager to meet timeline goals
Meetings with owners.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience construction management with a commercial general contractor
