We are seeking a proven Area Sales and Operations Leader for 6-10 locations in the Greater Phoenix  market. Key qualifications: 

• Minimum 3 years' multi-unit management experience
• Revenue responsibility of at least $10M annually
• 8+ years in the restaurant industry
• Attention to detail and a desire to play nice with others
• Love for people and ability to coach, develop and mentor others

It would be great if you had

• Bachelor's degree
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) 
• Culinary or serve-safe certification
• New restaurant opening experience
