Lucas Group has partnered with our client on the West side of Houston that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This is a full-time, contract role that is slated to last about 6 months. There is potential for the position to become permanent.
Pay: $28-$33/hr.
Qualifications:
- Managing invoices, handling missed payments
- Supervising Accounts Receivable Clerks
- Monitoring processing of invoices
- Ensuring timely collection of payment
- Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
Requirements:
- Previous AR Manager or Supervisor experience
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus.
- Advanced Excel proficiency
