We have partnered with our client in their search for a Applications Developer (Data & Analytics).
This role is ideal for a technically strong developer who can build data-driven applications, develop modern web interfaces, and integrate enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience building web applications, data pipelines, reporting solutions, and cloud-based services while working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and SAP ERP systems. This position requires someone who is self-sufficient, highly technical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy modern web applications using JavaScript (Vue.js / Nuxt), Node.js, HTML5, and PHP.
- Build and maintain data-driven applications and APIs that integrate with enterprise systems and analytics platforms.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models within Snowflake, SAP HANA Cloud, Redshift, and other enterprise databases.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and automation workflows using Python.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and DAX.
- Utilize AWS services (Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, EC2, S3) to build scalable cloud-based applications and integrations.
- Integrate with SAP ERP systems to support operational and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, data, and performance issues to ensure reliable production systems.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve the performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications and data solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- JavaScript development experience with Vue.js / Nuxt
- Experience with Node.js, HTML5, and modern web application architecture Data & Analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design
- Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses
- Experience with SAP HANA Cloud, Redshift, or similar enterprise databases
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, and workflow orchestration Reporting & Visualization
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX Cloud Technologies
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, EC2, and S3 Enterprise Systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building data-driven web applications connected to modern data warehouses
- Experience with API development and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with ETL / ELT pipelines and data engineering best practices
- Experience working in data analytics or business intelligence teams
- AWS or Snowflake certifications (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software or applications development or related roles
- Proven ability to deliver technical projects on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
