Payments Business Analyst - Debit Card Modernisation / Apple Pay / Google Pay
We are currently seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst to join a major payments transformation programme focused on debit card modernisation and digital wallet integration.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale card and digital payment initiatives within a fast-paced banking/payments environment.
Key Experience Required:
Strong Business Analysis experience within payments
Proven background in debit card modernisation or card transformation programmes
Experience working with Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations
Knowledge of digital wallets, tokenisation, and card issuing processes
Experience within Visa and Mastercard environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work across both business and technology teams
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with product, technology, operations, and external payment partners
Support end-to-end delivery of payments transformation initiatives
Analyse current and future-state payment processes
Support digital wallet and card lifecycle enhancements
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
Ideal Background:
Banking, fintech, or payments sector experience
Experience delivering card payment or digital wallet projects
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and customer payment journeys
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme delivering modern payment capabilities and digital transformation initiatives.
This is an initial 6 month engagement working hybrid in London (3 days onsite, 2 remote) paying £500/day Outside IR35.
