AP Specialist

Korn Ferry Interim is partnering with a client in NW San Antonio in their search for a Project Billing Analyst on a contract to hire basis.  This role will be 100% in office. 

The Project Billing Analyst will be responsible for tracking projects, generating project breakdowns for billing, assisting with client requests, and maintaining project budgets.  This will include reviewing and tracking project costs including analyzing job status and progress.  

Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract relevant invoicing details from project contracts and purchase orders
• Review new job set-up requests for completeness and enter into systems
• Maintain project budgets and margins with input from Regional Operations Manager
• Gather project documentation and create cost breakdown based on time and material, lump sun, or milestone billing styles
• Assist with client communications: including billing inquiries, purchase order requests and billing documents clarification
• Review and follow up on missing data from the field (Timesheets, expense reports, purchasing documents, etc.)
• Manage client tracking/billing systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of hand-on project/job tracking experience
• Construction or service industry experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
