Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic AI Enablement team. This is a 100% remote, interim-to-hire opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer who has transitioned into AI and is passionate about solving real-world business challenges using cutting-edge technologies.
You’ll work across three AI domains:
- Enterprise AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Embedded AI (integrated AI features)
- Custom AI Solutions (e.g., contract analysis tools)
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including an AI Enablement Consultant and a Senior Scrum Master, and contribute to building scalable AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement AI solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Integrate tools such as Azure AI, Power Platform, Enterprise ChatGPT, and Copilot into enterprise systems.
- Present technical solutions and AI use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a language-agnostic mindset.
- Demonstrated transition into AI, with specific examples of AI implementations that solved business problems.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and AI services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Experience with tools such as Power Platform, Copilot, and ChatGPT in enterprise settings.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Prior collaboration with consulting firms or enterprise-level clients.
