We are seeking a hands-on AI Prompt Engineer / Software Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based architectures, and cloud technologies. This role focuses on transforming innovative ideas into secure, production-ready applications within a complex, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and agent-based architectures
- Build rapid prototypes and evolve them into robust, production-grade applications
- Develop and integrate solutions using Azure cloud services and internal platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery
- Navigate governance and regulatory requirements while maintaining innovation velocity
- Contribute to end-to-end solution design, from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement
- Work iteratively within an agile team, incorporating user feedback and evolving business needs
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong foundation in AI concepts and applied machine learning
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks (highly desirable)
- Proficiency with Azure cloud services (certifications are a plus)
- Strong scripting skills, preferably Python (Bash or PowerShell also beneficial)
- Object-oriented programming experience, ideally C# (Java or similar languages acceptable)
- Experience designing, prototyping, and productionizing software solutions
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, highly regulated environments
