AI ENABLEMENT CONSULTANT
Seeking an AI Enablement Consultant for our client to serve as a bridge between the C-Suite, business teams, internal technology stakeholders, and the external systems integrator supporting the company's GenAI initiatives. The AI Enablement Consultant will be integral in advancing AI within the enterprise-level company, helping to accelerate practical, enterprise-ready AI adoption across the organization. This is a hybrid business/technology role focused on program leadership, change management, vendor coordination, and use-case development.
The ideal candidate is a practical AI enablement leader with a strong technology foundation, business fluency, and experience driving enterprise transformation. This person should be comfortable operating between strategy and execution: advising senior leaders, managing a consulting partner, coordinating internal teams, and helping business users apply AI to real work.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the C-Level leadership, cross-functional internal stakeholders, and the external SI/consulting partner.
- Manage the external consulting firm's daily work, priorities, deliverables, and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize practical GenAI use cases across functions, including asset management, underwriting, financial analysis, variance analysis, reporting, and core business processes.
- Help establish clear guidance around enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other GenAI platforms, including access, governance, usage parameters, and adoption criteria.
- Partner with business leaders to assess where AI can improve, augment, or redesign current workflows.
- Support early prototyping, agent-building, testing, and rollout of GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Build AI awareness, training, and adoption across departments.
- Identify internal AI champions and help drive culture change throughout the organization.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and data protection standards.
- Help employees understand appropriate uses of AI versus work that should remain human-led.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive professional technology experience and leadership
- Foundational technology experience, with enough technical fluency to work with IT, AI vendors, and systems integrators.
- Hands-on or practical experience building, prototyping, configuring, or deploying AI agents, GenAI workflows, or AI-enabled tools.
- Enterprise-level understanding of GenAI, including governance, security, risk, compliance, privacy, and responsible use.
- Strong project/program management skills.
- Experience partnering with a Big 4 firm or major consulting/system integration partner.
- Experience working across business and technology teams in a liaison, transformation, product, or program leadership role.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify where AI can improve workflows and outcomes.
- Public company experience preferred.
- Asset management, real estate, underwriting, financial analysis, or investment-related experience strongly preferred.
- Can create strong alignment between business needs, technology execution, and risk/security requirements.
