AI Business Enablement Lead
(AI Solutions Enablement / Business-Facing AI Architect)

Role Overview
The AI Business Enablement Lead serves as a bridge between business teams and the centralized AI platform and engineering function. This role helps business stakeholders understand what is possible with AI, guides them in applying AI to meaningful business problems, and accelerates adoption of standardized AI capabilities across the organization.
This is a fluid position, that blends strong engineering aptitude with high business acumen. Success requires the ability to shift seamlessly between technical problem-solving and business-facing enablement, often operating as a trusted advisor, translator, and internal AI evangelist building POC's to show AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships across a wide range of business functions, such as finance, operations, portfolio or product teams, sales, and analytics.
  • Help business partners understand the "art of the possible" with AI through ongoing conversations, working sessions, and real-time guidance.
  • Facilitate discussions with highly mixed audiences, ranging from non-technical business users to deeply technical stakeholders.
  • Run AI enablement sessions, office hours, targeted trainings, and briefings to drive awareness, confidence, and adoption of AI tools and capabilities.
  • Guide stakeholders toward framing high-value, well-defined AI use cases.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting cultural adoption and evolving ways of working as AI usage matures across the organization.

AI Use Case Development & Technical Partnership

  • Partner closely with the AI platform and engineering teams to define business requirements for AI-driven use cases.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable AI use cases that align with standardized platforms and technical constraints.
  • Conduct proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes, and demonstrations to bring AI concepts to life and validate business value.
  • Understand system architecture, deployment considerations, security concerns, and intellectual property implications to help shape feasible solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and development teams, ensuring clear communication, documented requirements, and follow-through on action items.

Technical Environment
The role operates across a modern AI, data, and cloud ecosystem, which may include:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Microsoft
  • AWS
  • Google
  • Salesforce
  • Snowflake

Hands-on coding may be required for POCs and demonstrations, but the role is not responsible for owning production-grade engineering deliverables.
