Lucas Group has been engaged by a Technology Consulting firm looking for an Administrative Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal person for the role would be a cultural fit with an upbeat and upen-coming staff, and would enjoy traveling.
Pay: $22-$24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Book travel for sales, technical (engineering) teams: International & Domestic
- Book appointments for sales team with customers
- Ensure technical questions from customers are properly escalated and ensure clients receive the appropriate information
- Conducts technical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Coordinate with sales team daily, weekly, monthly to conduct reporting activities in CRM
- Maintaining, tracking, and updating opportunities in CRM
- Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to identify opportunities clients might be interested in
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting Sales departments
- Ability to travel a minimum of 20-25% on short notice
- Experience working with CRMs
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
