Lucas Group has been engaged by a Technology Consulting firm looking for an Administrative Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal person for the role would be a cultural fit with an upbeat and upen-coming staff, and would enjoy traveling.

Pay: $22-$24/hr. 

Responsibilities:

  • Book travel for sales, technical (engineering) teams: International & Domestic
  • Book appointments for sales team with customers
  • Ensure technical questions from customers are properly escalated and ensure clients receive the appropriate information
  • Conducts technical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Coordinate with sales team daily, weekly, monthly to conduct reporting activities in CRM
  • Maintaining, tracking, and updating opportunities in CRM
  • Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to identify opportunities clients might be interested in

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting Sales departments
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 20-25% on short notice
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
