Our client, a Real Estate firm located in Queens, NY is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Leasing team. 

Job Description:

Administrative Assistant with be responsible for a broad set of administrative, financial and customer service tasks that have a direct impact on the Organization. The work involves recording leases and updating resident accounts. Highly organized and attentive to detail.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role or data entry

· Strong customer service skills

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Any background in Yardi or Property Management is a plus
