Lucas Group is partnering with a company located in West Houston in their search for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
High volume business to business collections via phone and email
Research and resolve any billing related issues.
Billing through EDI portals
Prepare reports for management
Requirements:
3+ Years of Business to Business Collections experience
Experience working in a high-volume collections environment
Excellent communication skills and comfort level speaking with customers about past due accounts
