Accounts Payable Specialist – West Austin, TX

Contract to Hire: Open Ended (Average 3-6 months) before conversion. 
Pay: $30–$35/hour
Location: Onsite full-time (West Austin) until Converted to FTE, then hybrid 
Reports To: Director of Accounting

Overview:
Seeking a high-energy, early-career accounting professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role offers hands-on experience and growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Haves:

  • Accounts Payable experience
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO) proficiency
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time initially

Interview Process:

  • 2 Rounds - 1st Virtual, 2nd Onsite
