Lucas Group has engaged with a leading indepentent advisory and professional services firm in Dallas, TX who is looking for two AP Analyst to join their team on a direct hire basis. Below is a brief synopsis of what they are looking for in an individual who is interested. These positions are needed urgently, but that will not negate the necessity in experience with emphysis on being detail oriented and self-driven.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and save down invoices for payment; ensure proper approvals
- Log and track invoice status
- Liaise with vendors to ensure invoices have been submitted with all essential information and coded to the correct deal
- Reconcile bank account activity and follow-up on any outstanding payments
- Research and respond to ad-hoc AP requests
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Client service skills
