Accounts Payable Specialist (Closed)

Lucas Group is partnering with a Lakewood company in the cannabis industry to identify a rock star Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and will begin immediately. This could be a great opportunity for someone with high-volume Accounts Payable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and processes all checks for payables
• Works with vendors on answering questions, conducts payment research and resolves issues
• Maintains accounts payable records
• Recording invoices  into QuickBooks, including cash flow management
• Matching and processing both inventory related purchase order invoices, operational expense invoice and employee expenses

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in the payables discipline with some full cycle accounting experience.
