We have partnered with our client in their search for an Accounts Payable Manager in Tampa FL (100% onsite):
Responsibilities
This position will oversee and manage a team of 11 Accounts Payable professionals, supported 2 U.S. based platforms (10 Business Units), utilizing 13 different ERP systems.
Train and develop growing A/P department.
Management of high-volume AP processing (100-150 invoices/day per A/P Specialist) with ability to improve the accuracy of AP transactions.
Skills Required
Ability to manage multiple ERPs (there are 13 ERP systems among 10 Business Units)
Advanced Excel
Great People Management -- 11 direct reports (all A/P Specialists)
Strong understanding of PO process and 3-way match
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (equivalent experience will be considered)
5+ years of full cycle A/P Management experience for a large company.
