The Accounting Manager will be responsible for executing the month end close process, review of financial entries and account reconciliations, as well as preparation of financial statements. This person will also help with coordinating quarterly and annual audits (SOX and financial).
This Accounting Manager will oversee 1-2 staff accountants.
