Our firm has been selected to conduct a search for an Accounting Manager on behalf of a retail company located in the DTC. This highly visible role will manage a team of 2 and completely own and run the franchise business of this company. This is a contract to hire opportunity that will begin as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Management of 1 direct report
- Responsibility of a $12M business unit
- Reconciliations
- Collections
- Communication with franchise owners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Strong background in accounting, including debt accounting
- Advanced Excel required (pivot tables, vlookups, macros)
- Leadership experience required
- Franchise experience a plus
