Responsiblities
Prepare journal entries and participate in the close process
Assist with the consolidation and reporting of monthly results for all international and domestic locations
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Review corporate operating results utilizing actuals, budget, and forecasts
Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations
Prepare and compile weekly sales forecasts and send flashes to management and owners
Maintain financial models with historical monthly results and KPI’s (in Excel)
Compile and consolidate forecasts and budgets
Assist with audit, tax, insurance, and transfer pricing related deliverables
Coordinate notifications with banks for payments, loans, and interest rates, etc.
Support and/or coordinate compliance efforts related to tax and census requests
Coordinate initiatives, deliverables, or projects with the various operating divisions
Assist Corporate Controller with various Finance and Accounting projects
