Description:
We are working with a leading packaging company in Irvine, who are in search of a Staff Accountant to join their team.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
- Must be fluent, read and write, Mandarin Chinese
- QuickBooks Experience
- Travel Overseas Twice a Year
Responsibilities:
- Record month-end close entries
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
- Perform variance analysis of actual expense activities and budgets/forecast and month-end account balances
- Payroll for 11 employees
- Process reimbursements twice a month.
- Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
