Account Manager – Construction Sales

The Position

As the company is growing so is the demand for product and their desire to expand business in established territories. I am looking for someone to join the sales team in the Denver area who can help maintain current business and hunt for new business in the area. This position will focus mainly on the sale of their fire and entry systems but will also have the ability to bring on clients that fit with one of the other many services they offer. Excellent opportunity to join an established, growing organization that will lead to opportunity for growth through performance in this role.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates that have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience working with and selling to General contractors, commercial construction companies, engineering firms , builders and other related construction fields where contacts were contractors.
  • Need to have an understanding/ working knowledge of fire codes and systems.
  • Solid background and reasonable working knowledge design and building construction.
  • Motivated, self-starter who works well autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proven track record of growing/ developing a territory
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred( Business, engineering or marketing is a plus)
