Our client, a leader in the Entertainment Industry, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This position is located in Beverly Hills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Reviewing Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy and necessary approvals
- Work with employees on past due expense reports and any missing information
- Communicate company policy on expenses and answer employee questions
- Assist the with month end close
- Identify areas of improvement and make suggestions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance Preferred
- 2+ years professional experience
- Prior experience with Concur Required
